By the end of the call, you'll have at least one clear, actionable insight you can act on — regardless of whether you choose to work together.

How long does a consulting engagement typically take?

Project-based engagements typically run 4–8 weeks from audit to roadmap delivery. Monthly retainers are ongoing. Scope and timeline are always defined after the strategy call, based on your specific situation — there is no fixed package.

Do you work remotely with clients outside Egypt?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Most active clients are based in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait. All consulting, advisory, and AI automation work can be delivered fully remotely. Corporate training can be delivered in-person or remotely depending on the client's preference.

Every training engagement is fully customized — there are no standard modules. Before any training, I spend time understanding the team's current skill level, the industry context, and the specific outcomes the organization needs. The program is built around that conversation, not a catalog.

Consulting is corrective — it's for established businesses that have a marketing system in place that isn't producing results. We audit, diagnose, fix, and measure. Advisory is directional — it's for founders who are building from zero and need ongoing strategic guidance as they grow. One fixes what exists. The other builds what doesn't exist yet.

Yes. Many clients are business owners managing marketing themselves or with a very small team. The process is designed to work with whatever resources exist — the output is a prioritized plan the business can actually execute, not one that requires a large internal team.

I've worked across SaaS, e-learning, hospitality, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, and B2B professional services — in Egypt, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and internationally. Most marketing problems are industry-agnostic at the strategic level. The channel mix and messaging change. The underlying system logic does not.
